As a part of its services towards the student community Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Belgaum distributed free notebooks on 8^th July & 16^th July, 09 to the poor students from the nearby government schools. Around 250 poor students were given 6 note books & 1 pen each. The total cost of the items distributed was approximately Rs. 17,500/-

Sri. S.V Satav, AGM, Union Bank of India, Belgaum & Sri K. Krishna Kumar, Branch Manager, United Bank of India, Belgaum were the chief guests in the distribution programme organized on 8^th July & 16th July respectively. Srimat Swami Raghaveshanandaji Maharaj, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Belgaum chaired the function.
