Inauguration of Computer Coaching Center

In pursuance of the motto of service as pursued by the Ramakrishna Mission world over, the Belgaum branch is also engaged in various service activities.

• One of the activities we feel mentioning is the Swami Vivekananda Computer Coaching Center. In this coaching center, the Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama Belgaum imparts computer coaching to persons from various walks of life.

Due to increasing demand & realizing the importance of working knowledge of computers for a common man, Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama Belgaum started it’s 2nd computer coaching center on Monday, 2nd of June 08 in the premises of  it’s  sub-center at Swami Vivekananda marg (Rissaldar Galli) where Swami Vivekananda had stayed for 4 days (Oct 16-19, 1892) during his parivrajaka days. The new center will provide training in the important courses for the interested persons at a very nominal fees.

The chief guest Sri Gopal Jinagouda ( MD, Jinabakul Group of Industries, Belgaum)  inaugurated the new centre in the holy presence of  Sri Swami Omanandaji Maharaj (a senior monk of the Ramakrishna order), Swami Raghaveshanandaji, other sadhus & brahmacarins and other dignitaries & guests.

This coaching center comes as an addition to the already active computer training center at our main branch in Fort.

All assembled for this noble event were served with prasada.
