Apart from our regular exhibition and sales counter for Ramakrishna-Vivekananda-Vedanta literature, we have to extensively spread these literatures throughout the 10 taluks of Belgaum District. Every year a group of Brahmacharis and volunteers visit various taluks and important places, exhibit and showcase these literature. The counters are set up at well known centres in these places and also in schools and colleges of the towns. Thus the inspiriting life and message of Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Sri Sharada Devi and Swami Vivekananda have been spread far and wide. Many have come to know about spiritual life and have found new directions and meaning in their lives.

This activity has an advantage of letting people know about this Ashrama, its history and the activities and hence we are continuing with this important activity with zeal. This requires men, money and materials in the form of volunteers, vehicles and money to take care of travelling, lodging and boarding expenses of the inmates and volunteers who are involved, publicity expenses, expenses on setting up counters etc. In the city of Belgaum, we set up counters at important places, schools and colleges on important occasions.

This noble project of carrying knowledge to everyone’s doorstep needs the support of generous, thinking and sensible people.

Those who study this literature will be inspired by the ideas from the life and teachings of Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Sri Sharada Devi and Swami Vivekananda. They will help themselves thus and it is such people who can help us to further this wonderful service activity.
